Thailand is a hot pot of culture. Anywhere you look, there is something that is almost stereotypically Thai. For example, the boxing is not just boxing – it is Thai kick boxing.
And the ice cream is mango flavoured instead of vanilla flavoured.
The only thing wrong with Thailand are the loud Aussies who think they own the joint. They are loud and obnoxious – especially when they are joined by Canadians and South Africans.
This guy walked on stage at the quiet little pub I had found, grabbed a mic and took over singing for the night. I am not even sure he knew the words.
We called it early on the first night as we had an appointment the next day for some paintball. Thai traffic is horrible though – it is almost impossible to cross a dirt car park let alone the main street.
We managed to get there though. We were a group of nine, so to even the teams, we put our most recently engaged friend on the other team.
He ran out of bullets pretty quickly though…
