We set up camp one night at a place called Home Slice for a birthday party. Pizza and beer was the order of the night. We had an ice cream cake too, but the pizzas were so big that by the time we finished the ice cream cake was a puddle on the table.
I’ve worked at a pizza place and even I was impressed by the size of these things. 20 inches of pizza meant that our table of about 12 people could only feast on 4 pizzas at once. The pizza worked out to be £1 per inch – you don’t get value like that in your junk email…
