America – pioneers of fine cuisine, neatly packaged to go. I found these pretzel dogs at Navy Pier on Lake Michigan.
It’s funny that the Navy built a pier here in Chicago. The lake doesn’t connect to the sea, so the boats they have here were useless. They spent so much money relocating them yo the sea that they didn’t bother spending more money on taking the signs down. Chicagoans took ovet the pier and now use it as a fun park/recreational area.
There is a great view of the sky line and parked a little further down is the Windy – the boat used by Al Capone, the infamous Lake Michigan pirate.
