I am on my way to the U.S, so while I am waiting for my ride I thought I would take one last photo to remind me what paradise looks like. (The photo didn’t work out that well – it is actually pissing down rain.)
I am on my way to Chicago now, where I expect the weather won’t be as good as here in Cancun. I’m flying American Airlines and there is a United flight leaving at about the same time to Chicago as well. The pilot of our flight let us know that he had put a small wager with the United pilot on who would get to Chicago first. We managed to arrive just over half an hour early, but I’m not sure about who won. Looks like it was pretty close.
Apologies for the video quality. I was using the Samsung Galaxy I have with me… Clearly the same phone used to take photos of Loch Ness monsters, bigfoots and UFOs. You can tell there is something there, but not exactly what it is. Also, the turbulence didn’t help – it was a little bit bumpy on the way down.
